During the lockdown most of the people tried their culinary skills, made delectable food using so called dadi-nani ki recipe”, started their food channel on social media and had their own experiences. Likewise amidst the lockdown, a family based out of West Delhi with a passion of cooking came up with an innovative concept of “Ginzz Kitchen”.
As the brand speaks, Ginzz Kitchen itself speaks about its authenticity which starts by its name – kitchen and secret recipes by the founder duo of Mother Mrs. Sujata Bhatia and daughter-in-law Mrs Amrita Bhatia. The innovative concept of Ginzz Kitchen comes with passion of cooking from both the homemakers.
Amrita feels herself to be the blessed daughter-in-law having big horizon and learning tips from her both the mothers – birth mother who hails from Kabul and mother-in-law who is from Gujarat. The blend of knowledge from both the mothers makes her a perfect homemaker and entrepreneur.
Ginzz Kitchen’s specialties are varieties of homemade namkeen and desserts. Amrita says, “As in North India people like to munch tea time snacks – which introduces our home made Matthis and namkeens. Our range of crispy matthis starts from plain, palak, methi, achari & kala til. For taking care of homemade namkeens we have a wide range of crunchy nimki (namak para), punjabi para (gurpara), shankarpali (shaker para) to chivda namkeen and murmura namkeen. I can assure that by having these crunchy namkeens, you will always get Traditional home taste.”
Ginzz Kitchen’s other specialties include homemade desserts which has wide range of Indian desserts and Fusions of western desserts. As the common thought believes that no meal is complete without a dessert, so here you will find ample of mouth watery options to fulfill your taste buds.
Keser Phirni — The classic sweet milky dessert is served chilled in authentic clay pots garnished with chandi warq, kesar, almonds and pistachios. The soft texture of the delicacy simply melts into the mouth and brings on a smile on every food lovers face.
Our Home Kitchen has wide varieties for dessert lovers. The range starts from keser rabri, homemade special besan ladoo and going up to fruit and nut custard to a range of chocolate desserts which includes Chocolate tart, chocolate Mousse and nevertheless to complete the authenticity of homemade desserts – Range of Dry tea-time cakes – choco-chip, almond flakes and coffee.
Starting from a very traditional dish which learned from my mother is -“SATPURA”.It is a traditional sweet prepared for special festivities called Mahalaxmi-jo-sagro. This festival is dedicated to Goddess Mahalaxmi, the Goddess of wealth. My mother used to prepare especially for Diwali. They are light and crunchy and perfect Diwali gift for friends and family.
