LCD Veg Women Prestige Awards 2025: Recognizing Achievements Across Diverse Sectors
Lions Club Delhi Veg, in collaboration with Nari Shakti – Ek Nayi Pahal Foundation, successfully hosted the 5th Edition of the Women Prestige Awards 2025 at the Executive Club Resort, New Delhi, on 16th February 2025. The grand ceremony celebrated the achievements of 108 exceptional women who have made significant contributions across various fields.
The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including the Ambassador of Suriname, the Ambassador of the Arab League, and diplomats from the embassies of USA, Croatia, Vietnam, Russia, the UK, and Belarus. The Head of the Trade Office from the Embassy of Vietnam was also present. Among the distinguished guests were Acharya Lokesh Muni, Padmashree Nalini Kamalini, BJP Leader Naveen Kumar Jindal and Dr. Rashmi Saluja.
This year’s awardees represented India, Vietnam, Russia, and the USA, hailing from cities such as Srinagar, Kolkata, Indore, Morena, Jabalpur, Singrauli, Chandigarh, Agra, Bhopal, Mathura, Noida, Gurgaon, Hoshiarpur, and Delhi. These outstanding women were recognized for their excellence in fields including entrepreneurship, social work, business, education, journalism, diplomacy, fashion, healthcare, law, consultancy, and jewelry design. Lion Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Charter President of Lions Club Delhi Veg, along with other dignitaries, felicitated the awardees, including prominent figures such as the Principals of Mount Abu Public School, Sumerfield DLF, and Ridge Valley School, as well as Dr. Deborah Marie Ash, Ms. Elena Barman, Ms. Garima Avtar, Dr. Jyoti Arora, Mrs. Monalisa Sharma, Mrs. Nidhi Tewari, Dr. Nivedita Kawadia, Mrs. Preeti Sharma, Mrs. Rukmini Chatterjee, Prof. (Dr.) Shauli Mukherjee, Mrs. Shikha Vig, Mrs. Simmi Bhatia, Ms. Soumya Taneja, Dr. Sweena Arora, Mrs. Tracy (Tra) Nguyen, and Mrs. Komal Gupta.
